This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a shared kitchen. The staff helped me with printing on my first stay, and I remember Pepe, who was very friendly and checked on me. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The staff helped us with everything. The hotel's location was remote, in the mountains. It was also right by a beautiful crystal clear river and the garden.
Absolutely nothing.

I got complimentary suite as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was amazing and beautiful - next to restaurants and a chocolate factory. The national park and a park were next to the hotel:)))
Nothing to complain about.

The views from the hotel are amazing, especially overlooking
The river and Pico Bonito National Park. The staff is attentive and helpful, particularly Walter, who ensured we had everything we needed, including transport and tours. Just be aware that dining options may be limited, especially at night.

Everything was great during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its amazing location close enough to the mountain and hanging bridge. The atmosphere created was special. We got a room with a bathtub. Mountain view was an unexpected bonus.

The view from the kitchen is beautiful. Walter helped us organize our hike and rafting tour. The suite with a mountain view was spacious and clean.

Fine views of the surrounding mountains.
I was quite frustrated with the limited dining options, especially since the restaurant was only open on weekends. This made planning meals a challenge. The uphill walk to the hotel was unexpectedly demanding after a full day of activities, and having to arrange for meals off-site added to the inconvenience.

gorgeous views of the National Park, refreshing pool area, spacious communal space
The uphill walk to the hotel is more strenuous than expected!!! Limited restaurant hours forces inconvenient meal planning!!! It would be nice to have basic items like coffee available during the weekdays!!!

Staying in the Suite with Mountain View was a great choice, especially with the beautiful hikes and kayaking just minutes away. Walter arranged an very nice rafting tour for us, and the local fish for breakfast was delicious. The restaurant only served breakfast was nice. The uphill walk to the hotel can be quite strenuous, so plan accordingly. Wi-Fi was only reliable in the common areas.

The relaxing swimming pool and sun terrace made our afternoons perfect after a busy day of exploring. Just a heads up, weekdays are fully self-catered, so plan to bring some essentials, but it didn't dampen our fun 😊
